What we collect from the enquiry form and the customer portal, and how to ask about it.

Enquiries

The contact form

The form asks for your name, email address, the service you are interested in, and a short description of the project. Business name and phone number are optional. We use those details only to reply. We do not add them to a marketing list.

The enquiry is emailed to kendogdigital@gmail.com. It is not stored in the website database. A security check from Cloudflare runs on the form to reduce spam. That check may place a Cloudflare cookie in your browser while you use the form. This website does not set its own analytics cookies. If you would rather not use the form, email that address directly.

Portal

Customer and staff accounts

If you are invited to the portal, we store the account email, the password you choose, and the authenticator used to sign in. The portal keeps a sign-in cookie for that session. Staff keep the business details needed to do the work, including contacts, agreed services and invoices. You can ask for a correction from inside the portal after you have signed in.

Sign-in is limited to people we have invited. Staff and customers both need an authenticator code. We do not sell account or enquiry details.

Questions

Ask us about your details

Email kendogdigital@gmail.com if you want a copy of an enquiry, a correction, or for an enquiry email to be deleted from the mailbox. This notice describes the website and portal as they work today.

A registered company name, company number and registered office appear in the footer only after those details have been recorded. An incorporation date is shown with them only when it has also been recorded. They are not shown before that. No VAT number is published, and VAT is not charged.
